Warriors Jumps Out To Early Lead In Victory Over Clover
Warriors defeated Clover 5-1 thanks to a strong start. Warriors took the lead on a double in the second inning.
Warriors took an early lead in the second inning. Warriors scored two runs when James Mulvaney doubled with one out in the second inning.
Nolan Bolt earned the win for Warriors. He threw six and two-thirds innings, giving up one run, six hits, striking out five, and walking one. Bo Bodine took the loss for Clover. He went four innings, surrendering two runs, three hits, striking out four, and walking one.
Jake Hylinski started the game for Clover. He went two innings, giving up two runs, three hits, and walking one.
Mulvaney led Warriors with two runs batted in. He went 1-for-3 on the day.
Clover had seven hits in the game. AJ Nicholas and Hayden Milley each collected multiple hits for Clover. Clover was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Bodine had the most chances in the field with seven.
