Warriors Stymied By High Point Christian Academy, Lose 11-3
It was a tough day on Friday for Warriors, who lost 11-3 to High Point Christian Academy
Warriors got things started in the first inning when C Britton induced Jay Hildreth to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.
High Point Christian Academy pulled away for good with three runs in the third inning.
High Point Christian Academy scored six runs in the sixth inning. High Point Christian Academy offense in the inning was led by J Leck, C Homel, Britton, #42, and C Smith, who all drove in runs.
Britton was the winning pitcher for High Point Christian Academy. He allowed three hits and three runs over six innings, striking out three and walking zero. #24 threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Trey Boyd took the loss for Warriors. He went two innings, allowing three runs on one hit and striking out three.
